Marius Inisconi operates MaisonGrin as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel.
Exclusive Access: Your personal data remains under our exclusive access and control. Fora Travel does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Direct Communication: When you inquire via our website, all official logistical responses will come directly from marius.inisconi@fora.travel.

To architect your journeys, we collect:

Travel Credentials: Passport details and birth dates (required for bookings).
Preferences: Dietary requirements and personal travel tastes.
Digital Data: Our website, hosted on Squarespace, automatically collects IP addresses and device info to help us refine "The Edit."
4. How Your Data is Handled
Through our partnership with Fora Travel, your data is subject to industry-leading protection:
Email Protocols: You will receive automated emails from Fora only for Vault Confirmations (when you save a credit card) or Travel Reviews (post-trip feedback). You will not receive unsolicited marketing or booking updates directly from Fora.
Identity Verification: Sensitive documents and identity selfies are handled securely by Footprint. This information is encrypted, vaulted, and never shared with other advisors.
Payment Security: We utilize a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant vault. All credit card data is protected via tokenization and encryption; MaisonGrin does not store your full payment details locally.
5. International Disclosures
As a global advisory specializing in international frontiers, your information will be shared with overseas suppliers (hotels, airlines, and local partners) only as necessary to fulfill your itinerary. These parties are subject to the privacy laws of their respective jurisdictions.
6. Australian Disclosure (NSW)
In compliance with NSW Fair Trading, please note that MaisonGrin may receive commissions or incentives from travel suppliers as part of the booking process. This does not impact the price you pay or the integrity of our curation.
